Cowboy Basketball 🤝Sisyphus
In case you aren’t familiar with Greek Mythology, Sisyphus was immortalized for his punishment of having to push a rock up a hill for eternity (Never getting to the top). After 5 consecutive losses to start conference play, including two heartbreakers against Baylor and K-State, it feels like a similar situation is happening with Cowboy Basketball.
But because we have the disease of eternal Cowboy optimism, why not type into the same dark magic that Kasey Dunn used to make this prediction after the South Alabama game.

I’ll save you the suspense…Big lead early, faded late. Just tough to see these guys have some positive flashes and then completely disappear. Not sure what there is left to say at this point that hasn’t been said, so just going to keep burying my sadness in jokes and hope that we come out better on the other side of this.

Cowgirls look to right the ship in Chili Town
Hard to see this Wednesday night matchup as anything other than a must-win for the Cowgirls. Bracketology currently has us sitting as the First Four out and Cincinnati is likely ending the year at our near the basement of the conference standings.
